Adoption procedure, for our quality, family raised, gorgeous Multi-gen
Australian Labradoodle puppies.

1. Fill out contact form- Tell about yourself and why your  family wants a labradoodle
puppy, then submit form.

2. Terri will call you and discuss which puppy would be most suitable for you and your         
family. A puppy from this litter or maybe the next.

3. Place deposit- Download and print deposit and contract forms. Complete both forms and
mail them with a deposit check of $300.00 payable to Terri Abrolat.

4. Pick up your new puppy on appointed day and pay the balance for your puppy.   We can
also arrange shipping to out of state airports- crate, vet cert., insurance, and fare $380.00
